 A L Kennedy & Simon Munnery Thanks to all the folks that came to the Edinburgh
Festival show at The Stand - it would have been much less fun without
you. Hopes are that something along the same lines will happen
next August with a new hour. Very limited bookings for festivals
and other events can be made through my agent whose details can

Stand upLaughing may be the best medicine. Or a medicine. A controlled substance… Anyway…it certainly passes the time and distracts you from that whole "certain death at the end of it all" side of things. You'll find a link here that allows you to listen to "Terror: the Pocket-Sized Guide" which was my last Edinburgh Fringe Show, courtesy of the excellent people at The Stand comedy club. The sound quality isn't the finest you'll hear – no budget - and there's an amount of intro and outro music, on either side of the talking part. Feel free to enjoy. The whys and wherefores of the move into comedy have been discussed more than endlessly, so let us just say that sometimes it's necessary to run away and join the circus - it replaces around 15% of the Funny I no longer have and means I meet a better class of person - as you will see here in the photograph of myself standing beside that fine gentleman Mr. Simon Munnery. Meanwhile I can recommend sitting in a darkened room, listening to Bruce Springsteen’s “We Shall Overcome” and alternating DVD’s of “Loose Change” and “Doctor Who” – it won’t keep you sane but may make it hurt less.
